Just three days for the celebration of WWF Earth Hour, 200 towns and cities have agreed to shut down hundreds of monuments and landmarks as a symbol of the fight against climate change.
So far, Catalonia is the region with more cities joining this global initiative, followed by Andalusia and Valencia.
WWF is calling on cities to commit for the weather, for example with the adoption of a motion of “Free City of CO2” with specific targets for reducing emissions and energy consumption
