In 2015 the management, in collaboration with the Certification Biosphere Responsible Tourism, promoted the initiative ‘Smart Hotel’ in the accommodation establishments linked to the Association.
Since last May, the Association of Hotels and Apartments in Lanzarote (ASOLAN) has developed the project in several hotels and apartments associated with the “Smart Hotel” funded by the Cabildo of Lanzarote and that has had the collaboration of the Institute of Responsible Tourism (ITR).
“Smart Hotel” is an initiative that is in line with the “Lanzarote Intelligent Biosphere Reserve” project developed by Tourism Lanzarote and recently presented by the Council to “Intelligent Tourist Destinations” on RED.ES
