Last Saturday, the winery’s Bermejos gave officially initiated the harvest in Lanzarote.
Since then, they have also joined El Grifo, Reymar and La Geria. In all cases, the first variety that is being pick up is Volcanic Malvasia.
All indications are that the forecasts will be met and, due to weather conditions in recent months, this year the quantity of grapes collected will be lower than in the previous years. In concrete, is estimated that is closer to the 700,000 kilos of grape.
